Unconditional Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our shipment contact us within 10 days after receipt of your order for a return authorization number at info@kristalcanada.com . Send the product back in sellable condition, and a replacement or refund will be sent promptly.

Shipment Returns:

Please do note that we can not accept any return shipments unless they have been authorized in advance by our office and your shipment as well as the related Bill of Lading must clearly be labelled with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please obtain a valid RMA prior to shipping anything to us or else it will not accept your shipment and it will be automatically returned to you without notice.
