Shipping within USA and Canada:

Your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically based on weight and destination.

Shipping to International Destinations:

Shipments are possible to other global destinations. Please contact us by e-mail for a quote at info@kristalcanada.com.

Express Orders:

Delivery Time:

Most order are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. 

Unconditional Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with our shipment, please contact us by e-mail within 10 days after receipt of your order for a return authorization number at info@kristalcanada.com. Send the product back in sellable condition, and a replacement or refund will be sent promptly.

Shipment Returns:

Please do note that we can not accept any return shipments, unless any returns have been authorized in advance by our office. Your shipment and the related Bill of Lading must clearly show with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We will then also advise you of a separate return ship-to-address. Please obtain a valid RMA prior to shipping any returns to us or else it will not accept your shipment and it will be automatically returned to you without notice.
